⁙ HOME / DIGITAL CUTTER / PROJECT / FILM KISS CUTTER
This is a special cutting machine that cuts only the plastic protective film coated on the exterior steel plate of home appliances such as refrigerator, etc. It is a fully automated cutting machine that loads the target steel sheet at the entrance of the input section, transfers steel plate to the cutting section, cuts only the film, and removes unnecessary parts before discharging the steel sheet. (Film removal device is optional.)
Shuttle transport system, instead of conveyor belts, allows the materials to be delivered more quickly and accurately to the desired location.
KKT (Kisscut Knife Tool) allows you to cut only the protective plastic film without damaging the base steel plate covered by the film.
The plate is sucked in and lifted using the two suction pad units on the left and right, and then moved to the alignment section.
Two units can be operated together or separately depending on the size of the material. And there are 8 suction pads installed in one unit, and the suction position can be adjusted and suction can be turned on and off.
The protruding alignment stopper (called the" ISLAND") located in the middle of the alignment table can be raised or lowered as needed.
When working with wide sheets, it can be hidden bebeath the table for unobstructed cutting.
However, when working with narrow or different sized materials, the island can be lifted above the table surface to act as an alignment stopper, ensuring accurate alignment and cutting. For smaller sizes, it can be used to align and cut two sheets at the same time.
A shuttle, located slightly below the table surface, lifts sheets from the alignment section and transports them to the next cutting area.
In the cutting section, the Kisscut Knife Tool (KKT) is strongly recommended to cut only the protective plastic film without damaging the steel plate.
Film removing is a process that automatically removes excessive film from specific areas as needed after the top layer is cut.
A cylindrical tong specially designed by DYSS peels away the excessive film stuck to the steel plate, and then the suction tool (connected to the vacuum cleaner) next to the tong sucks in the film and transports it to the vacuum cleaner. Typically, the cylindrical forceps and suction tool are mounted on one head.
The buffer zone is where materials wait just before moving to the discharge table to prevent congestion or jamming in the discharge area.
It can help control the rate at which materials are discharged, ensuring that they do not exit the machine too quickly, which could lead to operational issues.
While waiting, it gives other zones time to perform their functions.
An unloader is similar in structure and function to a loader.
The unloader unit lifts materials waiting in the buffer zone and continuously stacks them on the discharge table.
Typically, materials are stacked on a wooden pallet placed on a discharge table, and when the materials reach a certain height, the machine is stopped by a sensor. The pallet is then lifted by forklift and transported to the designated location.
